She used a pattern*, picked out the fabric and lace herself and did not even show me until it was done. <br /><br />*The pattern is from a Waldorf doll and clothing pattern sold by Magic Cabin. I don't know if they still sell it, but there are other lovely doll makers who sell patterns and supplies.
